Göbeklitepe, south-eastern Anatolia Göbeklitepe is coined the “Garden of Eden” as it is the oldest known ceremonial site in the world (ca BC). Four circular temples were found with stele with wild animals and humans reliefs.

Mount Nemrut, south-central Anatolia King Antiochus of Commagene (69-40 BC) built a mausoleum for himself, on top of Mount Nemrut, with huge statues representing the gods, himself and the queen. His kingdom lost its independence to Rome.
Nemrut Dağı, İçanadolu’nun Güneyi Commagene kralı Antiochus (MÖ 69-40) kendisi için Nemrut Dağı’nın zirvesine tanrıları, kendisini ve kraliçeyi tasvir eden büyük heykellerle birlikte, bir anıt mezar yaptırmıştır. Krallık Roma tarafından istila edilince bağımsızlığını kaybetmiştir.

Ephesus, Aegean coast Ephesus was one of the most important Greek cities of Asia Minor, with palaces, libraries, theaters, and nice residences for the rich and the nobility. The goddess Artemis was its titular deity. The city was also famous during Roman and Byzantine times.
Efes, Ege Kıyısı Efes, sarayları, kütüphaneleri, tiyatroları, ve zengin ve soylular için yerleşim yerleriyle Anadolu’daki en önemli Yunan şehirlerinden birisiydi.
Ephesus/Efes Artemis buranın ünvan tanrıçasıydı. Şehir Bizans ve Roma zamanında da meşhurdu.
