“Food Security and Biosafety” is cover the destruction of possible risks, controls of the hazard(s) or the minimization of possible risks concept whenever possible negative effects arise on human health and biodiversity of modern biotechnological applications, techniques and products. This application is a kind reflection of “risk analyzing and managing” practice. The relevant subject must be told over with dimension of “control / audit/ permission for health and environment” and with emergency make specified “norms / rules / organizations” for GMO’s and GMP’s. All countries have to approve and analyze these problems. “Food Safety Regulations, Transgenic Products and Organisms” took intensive interest and attention all around the world. It is a necessity to search and inspect more on the health and environmental dimensions of the subject. The aim focusing on this subject on gene technology practices and safety in food industries and agriculture, for having “scientific, social safety and protection of hazards”. Improving the “food safety standards”, “establish a diffused control - monitoring system and rapid alarm system” and also improve the strategies of emergence food safety problems” for having established natioanal policy also will try to be improved related offers, established of control system and recommendations on rural and precautions on Transgenic foods. 3-5 Relevant publications in the last five years 1- Topal, Ş. 1996.
