How to balance where debtors still owe for goods (Continued) To balance, we will use a five-step approach(Kapanışı oluşturmak için beş aşama kullanıyoruz). Add up both sides to find out their totals(her iki tarafından toplamlarını bulmak için topluyoruz). Note: do not write anything in the account at this stage(not: bu aşamada hesaplara hiçbir şey yazmıyorsunuz). Deduct the smaller total from the larger total to find the balance (Farkı bulmak için toplamı büyük olandan toplamı küçük olanı çıkarıyoruz). Now enter the balance on the side with the smallest total(şimdi toplamı küçük olan tarafa yani eksik olan tarafa farkı ekliyoruz). Three-column accounts (üç sütunlu hesaplar) Three-column accounts do not use the format of the T-account(üç sütunlu hesaplarda T- hesabı formatı kullanılmaz). There are three columns and the third column provides a running total of the balance(burada üç sütun var ve üçüncü sütun tüm toplamların farkını verir). Three-column accounts are very similar to the bank statement you will receive for a current account(üç sütunlu hesaplar banka durumunu gösteren hesaplara benzemektedir).
