Tarihsel Gelişim-2 Bu sistemde kadın ve çocuklara yönelik tecavüz, şiddet, kaçırma ve alıkoyma, ensest ve pedofili ve benzeri suçları işlemiş ve cezasını çekerek hapisten çıkan suçlular yaşadıkları adresi polise bildirmekle yükümlüdür.
