2 VERTISA SHREDDERS Shredding System Type: Elevator and motor drive unit control connected to Autoclave automation PLC, wide platform with stairs around the shredding unit Gearbox: High efficiency helical bevel gear reducers in monoblock structure Gearbox unit housing structure: Quad-coupled body Engine: Highly Efficient Asynchronous (AC) motor driven by electronic programmable drive unit Drive features: Speed control, providing the specified torque or tension settings, lower startup current drawn from the mains, reducing the size of fuses and supply connections used, reduced peak load on the electrical network with high energy savings. Anti Block drive with auto reverse function

3 FOUR SHAFT SHREDDERS VERTISA VD SERIES Doulble Shaft and QD SERIES four shaft shredders are ideal for shredding all kinds of paper, cardboard packaging, cardboard tubes, hard drives, electronics, CD’s & DVD’s, industrial waste, medical waste, hazardous waste, radioactive materials, organics, tires, steel drums and etc. Standard VERTISA VD & QD series dual & four shaft shredders are driven by electric power unit with planetary reducers (direct electric motor drive is optional). The thickness of the cutting disks are between 15,3 mm and 60 mm which can be changed according to the required output sizes and waste types. Throughput sizes can be adjustable by changeable screens.
