Üniversitemiz Öğrenci Bilgi Sistemine Kullanıcı Adı (Öğrenci Numarası ) ve tarafınızdan belirlenen Şifre ile giriş yapılır; You can have access to Student Information System (SIS) on the university web by keying in your student number as user name and your password.

ÖBS ‘de Üst Menülerden Öğrenci BYS tıklanır ve Ders İşlemleri Menüsünden Ders Seçme İşlemi Penceresine geçilir In the SIS, click Knowledge Management (KM) on the top menu and go to Course Transaction, then to Course Selection Operation.

Ders Seçme Ekranında Aktif Dönemde açılan dersler listelenmektedir, imleç ile bir ders seçildiğinde Dersin Sorumlu Akademik Personeli ve Ders Programı görüntülenecektir. On the Course Selection Operation, you will have the courses listed on the Active Term. When a course clicked, the academician’s name and the schedule of the course appears.

Ders Kaydında Dikkat Edilmesi Gereken Hususlar  Öğrenciler ilk iki yarıyıl, ilgili bölümün ders programında yer alan derslerin tamamına kayıt olmak zorundadır.  Öğrenciler ilgili bölümün ders programındaki zorunlu derslere ve programda gösterilen türde ve sayıda seçmeli derse, ilgili yarıyıllarda kayıt olmakla yükümlüdür.  Öğrencilerin, daha önce başarısız oldukları veya çekildikleri dersleri, bu derslerin yeniden açıldığı ilk yarıyılda öncelikli olarak tekrarlamaları gerekir. Tekrarlanacak dersler, seçmeli ise veya sonradan ders programından çıkartılmış ise, öğrenciler bu derslerin yerine ilgili yönetim kurulu tarafından onaylanan eşdeğer dersleri alır.  Öğrenciler, tekrarlamak zorunda oldukları derslere kayıt yaptırdıktan sonra, ön koşullarını ve varsa ders programında belirtilen diğer koşulları sağlamış olmak şartıyla, önceki yarıyıllardan hiç almadıkları derslere kayıt yaptırmak zorundadır. Considerations on the Course Registration  Students must register wiith all the courses in the department for the first two semesters.  Students are obliged to register with all cumpalsory and elctive courses on the schedule for the first two semesters.  Students are to repeat the courses that they have failed or left as a priority in the first semester or if the course they have failed is an elective one and is not on the program anymore, then they will take the course that the department administration decided to substitute the one they have failed.  After students register with the courses that they have to repeat, they register with the courses they haven’t taken from the previous years yet If the pre-conditions and the other conditions specified in the curriculum are provided.

Dersler Seçildikten sonra Takvim ve Tablo görünümlerinden kontrol edilir ve ‘Kaydet’ butonuna tıklanır After selecting the courses, check them against the calendar and the schedule then click ‘save’

Seçmeli ders seçiminde müfredatınızda tanımlı seçimlik derslerinizi, Area Electıve (Alan Seçmeli) veya General Electıve (Genel Seçmeli) butonuna tıkladığınızda listeleyerek, ders programınıza göre çakışmayan dersleri seçebilirsiniz. While selecting the elective courses listed on your curriculum, you are given two options as ‘Area Elective’ and ‘General Elective’ courses. You can click either of these titles, and you will have a list of elective courses in the catagory, you can choose any of those that do not overlap with any of courses on your schedule.

Seçmeli dersin tekrarında aynı dersin seçilmesi zorunlu olmadığından; aynı seçimlik gruptan olmak üzere başka bir ders seçilerek telafisi yapılabilmektedir. Ekran görüntüsünde gösterildiği gibi, seçmeli ders seçildiğinde ekranda daha önce alınan seçimlik ders görüntülenir, tekrar edilmek isteniyorsa daha önce alınan ders işaretlenir(öğrenci artık yeni seçtiği dersten sorumludur), istenmiyor ise Başka bir dersin yerine almak istemiyorum uyarısı seçilerek ders kaydı yapılır. In case of failure in an ‘elective course’, you don’t have to repeat the same one. You can take another elective course in the same catagory to compansate, in stead. As you can see in the window below, when you choose an elective course, you are given a list of those you have already taken. If you want to repeat any of them, you select the course you have taken before. If not, click «I do not want to substitute another course», and course registration procedure is completed. Student are responsible for the ‘new courses’ they select.

 Öğrenciler, güz ve bahar yarıyıllarında derslerin başladığı tarihten itibaren ikinci haftanın sonuna kadar, Yönetmelikte belirlenen ders yükü kuralları çerçevesinde, kayıt yaptırdıkları derslerde değişiklik yapabilir, yenilerini ekleyebilir veya aldıkları dersleri bırakabilir. Akademik Danışman tarafından ders kaydınız onaylanmış ise, değişiklik talepleri Akademik Danışman ‘a iletilerek verilen onayı kaldırması istenmelidir! Until the end of the second week after the courses start in either Sipring or Fall Term students can make changes, drop or add courses they have taken in the framework of the rules set in the Regulation regarding course load. If your Academic Advisor has already approved your course resitration, first you should let him/her know about your wish to make changes with your courses then want him/her to withdraw his/her approval so that you can do so.

Ders seçme, ders ekleme-bırakma, dersten çekilme işlemlerinin geçerli sayılması için Akademik Danışman onayı ile sonlandırılmalıdır. Course selection, course add-drop or withdrawal procedures must be terminated with the approval of the Academic Advisor of the course so as to be considered valid.
