1. Hasta Kayıt Kabul Birimi’nde bulunan kiosklardan sıra numarası alınır.

2. Sıra numarası geldiğinde ilgili bankoya başvurulur.

3. Banko görevlisi tarafından muayene olacağınız doktora kaydınızı yapılır. Görevlinin vermiş olduğu doktor sıra numarası alınır.

4. Sıra numarası geldiğinde doktora muayene olunur.

5. Doktor şikayetinizi dinler ve sizi muayene eder.

6a. Doktorunuz muayene sonrasında gerekirse laboratuvardan test isteminde bulunabilir. Bu işlemi otomasyon programı üzerinden yapar. Laboratuvara başvuru yaparken öğrenci/personel numaranızı belirtmeniz yeterlidir. Dorm 1 C First Aid Lab Entrance B Dorm 2 A

6b. Doktorunuz otomasyon programıyla Radyoloji Birimi’nden görüntüleme talebinde bulunabilir. Radyoloji Birimi’ne başvururken öğrenci/personel numaranızı belirtmeniz yeterlidir.

6c. Doktorunuz İlk Yardım Ünitesi’nden test talebinde (örneğin EKG) bulunabilir. Dorm 1 C First Aid Lab Entrance B Dorm 2 A

7. İstem sonuçlarını doktor otomasyon programı üzerinden görmektedir 7. İstem sonuçlarını doktor otomasyon programı üzerinden görmektedir. Aynı gün içerisinde sonuç aldıysanız yeniden sıra numarası almanıza gerek yoktur. İstem sonuçlarını farklı gün aldıysanız muayene olmak için Hasta Kayıt Kabul Birimi’nden yeniden kayıt açtırmanız gerekir.

1. In the first step, you should take queue number from one of the kiosks located in Medical Center.

2. You should approach to the designated desk as soon as your queue number appears on the monitor.

3. Doctor’s visit request will be submitted by the attendant 3. Doctor’s visit request will be submitted by the attendant. A small ticket will be presented to you bearing the name of the doctor and your waiting line number.

4. You can enter the doctor’s office when it is your turn.

5. According to your complaints and needs the doctor will guide you through the medical procedures.

6a. The doctor can request laboratory test online through the EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system. On the next step, you should apply to the Microbiology and Biochemistry Laboratory with your ID number. The laboratory is located across from the main building of the Medical Center (It is stated as -Lab- on the mini-map given right). Dorm 1 C First Aid Lab Entrance B Dorm 2 A

6b. The doctor may request a radiological imaging 6b. The doctor may request a radiological imaging. You should apply to the Radiology Unit which is on the ground floor with your ID number.

7. The doctor needs your results for the treatment 7. The doctor needs your results for the treatment. If you get the results on the same day, you should go to your doctor without any extra procedure. However, if you get the results a few days later, then you need to apply to the desk and make the officer send your name to doctor via EMR software.

8. If a prescription is prepared, it will be printed out; signed and handed to you by the doctor. You should take "End Process (Sonlandırma)" number from kiosk to get your prescription stamped and obtain other necessary print outs.
