Müstahzarlarda kullanılan madde ; Bitmiş ürün halinde AB ‘ne ihraç edilen müstahzarlarda hammaddeleri seçerken hangi kriterleri göz önünde bulundurmalıyız? Kullanım alanı önemli !  Tedarikçi tarafından üretilen veya ithal edilen madde miktarı 1 ton/yıl ’ın altında olmalı veya  Kayıttan istisna olmalı (Annex IV veya Annex V) veya  Ön-kayıt yapılmış ve tam kayıt için belirli bir tarihi olmalı veya  Kayıt ettirilmiş olmalı Mustafa Bağan

18 Hammadde firmalarının ürünlerini REACH yönetmeliği kapsamında bildirdiklerinden, gerekli çalışmaları yaptığından nasıl emin olabiliriz? Mustafa Bağan Dear Supplier, The EU Commission issued a new regulation REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals). During the legislative process …… some chemical substances to be withdrawn from the European market as a consequence of REACH, either due to regulatory action or commercial considerations, and the impact this may have for downstream users. As a downstream user, we strongly share this concern. ……….. All substances meeting the criteria for "phase-in" substances …… transitional periods provided by pre-registration under REACH.Pre-registration will have to be completed as early as June 1st – October 31st, 2008. We intend to include all our manufactured and imported substances in the pre-registration (optional). We therefore insist that you, as our supplier of important products, subject all substances included in these products that you manufacture or import in the EU to the pre-registration and registration under REACH. If you as well have to rely on raw material shipments by your suppliers, please assure that they will be informed accordingly, ….. of our customers.
