1 ORTAK PAYLAŞIM ÖZEL EĞİTİM VE REHABİLİTASYON MERKEZİ

2 TARİHİMİZ HISTORY Our center that was established in 2003, stated to operate in 2004 as the first organization connected to the Ministry of National Education in the region where it is located. With the merger of Blue Point Private Education Center (Mavi Nokta Özel Eğitim Merkezi) whose activities were similar to ours, we surely continue to provide our services with 30 staffs and 200 students in total. Merkezimiz 2003 tarihinde kurulmuş olup, 2004 tarihinden itibaren bulunduğu bölgede MEB’e bağlı ilk kurum olarak faaliyetlerine başlamıştır yılında benzer faaliyetlerde bulunan Mavi Nokta Özel Eğitim Merkezi’ni de bünyemize dahil ederek, hizmetlerimize, emin adımlarla, toplam 30 personel ve 200 öğrenci ile devam etmekteyiz. ortak paylaşım

3 Merkezimizden, 1 yaşından 30 yaşına kadar olan tüm engelli bireyler faydalanabilmektedir. Eğitim ve rehabilitasyon hizmetleri kapsamında her bireye haftada 3 saat eğitim ve destek hizmetler verilmektedir. All handicapped individuals from 1 year to 30 years old are able to benefit from our center. 4 VERİLEN REHABİLİTASYON HİZMETLERİ
REHABILITITATIVE SERVICES PROVIDED In line with the “Physically Handicapped Individuals Support Education Program”, to provide physical therapy services to disabled individuals and to conduct related studies in order to integrate these individuals into the society. Bedensel engelli bireylere, “Bedensel Engelli Bireyler Destek Eğitim Programı” doğrultusunda, fizik tedavi hizmetleri verilmesi, bu bireylerin topluma entegrasyonu ile ilgili çalışmaların yürütülmesi. ortak paylaşım

5 In line with the “Physically Handicapped Individuals Support Education Program – Individuals with Mental Disabilities Support Education Program”, to provide necessary and private education services by taking physical and mental deficiencies into account, and to conduct related studies in order to integrate these individuals into the society. Bedensel ve zihinsel engelli bireylere, “Bedensel Engelli Bireyler Destek Eğitim Programı - Zihinsel Engelli Bireyler Destek Eğitim Programı” doğrultusunda, fiziksel ve zihinsel yönden yetersizlikleri göz önüne alınarak gerekli özel eğitim hizmetleri verilmesi ve topluma entegrasyonlarının sağlanması ile ilgili çalışmaların yürütülmesi. ortak paylaşım

6 Zihinsel engelli bireylere “Zihinsel Engelli Bireyler Destek Eğitim Programı” doğrultusunda yetersizlikleri göz önünde bulundurularak, gerekli özel eğitim hizmetlerinin sağlanması ve bu bireylerin topluma entegrasyonu ile ilgili çalışmaların yürütülmesi. 7 Kurumumuzun bulunduğu bölgenin, gecekondulaşmanın yoğun olduğu, göç alan bir bölge konumunda olması nedeniyle, Zihinsel engelli bireylerin eğitimi ve rehabilitasyonu konusunda, aile eğitimine yönelik çalışmaların yoğun olarak sürdürülmesi ve bu çalışmalarla ailelere gerekli eğitsel ve psikolojik desteğin sağlanması hedeflenerek çalışmaların yürütülmesi. Because our organization is located in a jurisdiction where squatting is intensive and immigrants move into, to follow up intensive studies in line with family education with respect to the education and rehabilitation of individuals with mental disabilities and to conduct these studies by aiming to provide necessary educational and psychological support to families. ortak paylaşım

8 Kurumuzda eğitim ve rehabilitasyon hizmeti alan kaynaştırma öğrencilerinin devam ettikleri okullar ile işbirliği sağlanarak, okul rehberlik servisinin ve sınıf rehber öğretmenlerinin öğrenciler hakkında bilgilendirmesi ve uygulanacak olan eğitim-rehabilitasyon çalışmalarının planlanması konusunda ortak çalışmaların yürütülmesi. By collaborating with the schools attended by integration students who receive education rehabilitation services from our school, to make the school’s counseling service and class guidance counselor informed about students and to conduct joint studies in planning education and rehabilitation studies that will be applied. ortak paylaşım

10 Edindiğimiz mesleki tecrübe ile, mesleki eğitime yönlendirilebilecek bireylerin tespitinin sağlanması ve diğer kurum ve kuruluşlarla işbirliği sağlanarak bu bireylerin mesleki eğitime yönlendirilmesi çalışmalarının yürütülmesi. Within the framework of our professonal experience, to determine individuals that may be directed to occupational training and to conduct necessary studies in order to make these individuals directed to occupational training by collaborating with other organizations and institutions. ortak paylaşım

PROJEYE OLAN KATKIMIZ OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE PROJECT Özel eğitime gereksinimi olan öğrencilerin toplum tarafından kabullenilmesi ve topluma entegrasyonlarının sağlanmasını konusunda yapılacak olan çalışmaların tespiti ve desteklenmesi konusunda katkı sağlamak. To contribute to the determination and support of the studies related to the adoption of students that needs special education by the society and the integration of these students to the society.
