Turkish cuisine is very popular around the world. It has a very wide options for everyone. The variety of the recipes and the ingredients which are grown at this productive soils are so important on this variation. Turkish breakfast has great importance. It is so rich that when you see the kinds of cheese you may say those will be enough for me. But it is only for starting because at breakfast you will also have also cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cream, types of jam, honey and spicy sausage.

After eating food it is common tradition to drink Turkish coffee, or tea. Turkish coffee is served with small cup and turkish delight.
