The first validation prompt will ask you if you have ever submitted an invoice to Coats. If you select YES, then you will be required enter an Invoice number, date and gross amount to confirm a 3 way match for automatic validation. If you select No and you will need to provide a Purchase Order number you received from Coats and the Vendor Account Number assigned to your company by Coats. You will have 3 attempts at validating yourself with the Invoice method before your request is routed to Coats for manual confirmation of your information. Should you need additional help with user creation or password requirements for the Portal, a Help button is available on the top right side of the logon screen.
