Alt Süreç 3.1 Alt Süreç3.2 Alt Süreç3.3 Komplexe Prozesse in einem Unternehmen setzen sich oftmals aus einer Vielzahl von Teilprozessen zusammen, die wiederum je nach ihrer Größe verschiedene Prozessschritte umfassen. Die Prozessschritte bilden somit die kleinsten Einheiten eines Prozesses. Die Zerlegung von Prozessen in Teilprozesse und Prozessschritte schafft eine gute Übersichtlichkeit und ermöglicht eine bereichs- und abteilungsspezifische Zuordnung. Alle dieser für gewöhnlich fünf bis zwanzig Prozesse und zum Teil über hundert Teilprozesse in einem Unternehmen stehen durch den Austausch von Materialen und Informationen untereinander in Verbindung.1 So werden z.B. die Leistungen des Fertigungsprozesses in den daran anschließenden innerbetrieblichen Transportprozess eingebracht. Darüber hinaus fließen Informationen von der Fertigung in Form von Formularen oder per EDV online zu anderen Teilbereichen oder Abteilungen des Unternehmens.
